You do not have to figure this out alone.
Together, we can create a path toward healing, flexibility, and lasting recovery.
Specialized therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, and perfectionism.
Licensed in Texas, Colorado, and Ohio. Now accepting new clients.
Many people find themselves exhausted by the constant mental energy spent thinking about food, body image, or trying to live up to impossible standards. Others are struggling with anxiety, depression, or navigating major life changes. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Brooke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. She has worked across the full continuum—including hospitals, PHP and IOP programs, schools, and private practice. In addition to treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, Brooke works with clients experiencing perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She also works with parents and families as they support a loved one through eating disorder recovery.

Brooke believes therapy is about more than learning coping skills. It's a space to better understand yourself—your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that have shaped your life. Together, you'll build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. The goal is to help you develop greater self-trust, live in alignment with your values, and build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
