About Brooke
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specialize in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and challenges with body image. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide individual therapy, parent coaching, and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I provide an environment in which clients feel safe and empowered to embark on their therapeutic journey.
I believe it is important to start where the client is to facilitate lasting change. Therapy is a process to explore underlying meaning, behavioral patterns, and relationship dynamics in order to identify your most authentic and genuine self. I have nine years of experience from working with high risk youth in schools, children and adults in hospital settings, a primary therapist at an eating disorder treatment center, and in private practice.
